DIVIDED PAN COOKING......

experimenting with using the Cuisinart non-stick 'divided' skillet.......cooking two items that have differing cooking methodologies, simultaneously.......worked like a charm......creamy parmesan risotto with exotic carrots on one side and crusty chicken tenderloins, marinated in green dragon sauce (jalapeƱos, vinegar, tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and habaneros), with fresh basil.....on the other.........cook time: 9 minutes.....cleanup time: 1 minute.....I like that!
