TUSCAN CABBAGE TRIALS ......VEGAN AND WITH HAM

The 'Vegan' version features toasted almond slivers, Tuscan cabbage, seared in walnut oil...then, rolled in Indonesian sweet curried date/raisin chutney and peach salsa....served on a crushed, deep-fried poori  with basil leaves.....


The 'Ham' version.....with wasabe-coated dried English peas, pine nuts and Tuscan cabbage, cooked with sunflower seeds, crushed mint leaves and Indonesian barbecue sauce......... 


Trial #3.......{sans 'plating decor'}.......with ginger/garlic paste, tomato chutney,  and desiccated, honey-salted okra....   to be served on a thin multi-layered paratha, sprinkled with smoked paprika and smeared with a chili-date-honey-garlic paste.....
