Cold Collard Greens........


Gourmand's cold collards, black truffles, Kunzler roasted, then marinated in prune, vidalia onion and vinegar reduction, bacon....with grape must and jet black balsamic vinegar reduction/glaze..( or...Delallo Modenacrem Balsamic Glaze)....now, where are those roasted pine nuts? Definitely a 'step up' from 'Lucy's home-style collard greens with Heinz' white apple cider vinegar'! a 3 am 'snack' with creamed corn corn sticks, smeared with Lady Bustle's lemon curd and a mug of Earl Grey tea with a twist of orange peel and a couple of drops of sourwood honey
