Cold Collard Greens........
best yet.....Gourmand's cold collards, black truffles, Kunzler roasted, then marinated in prune, vidalia onion and vinegar reduction, bacon....with grape must and jet black balsamic vinegar reduction/glaze..( or...Delallo Modenacrem Balsamic Glaze)....now, where are those roasted pine nuts? Definitely a 'step up' from 'Lucy's home-style collard greens with Heinz' white apple cider vinegar'
