Shiitake mushrooms, marinated in sable point olive bruschetta, to make 'wings' for my hexagonal-shaped mashed potato/blackbean quinoa towers...surrounded by a viscous river infusion of pressed capers/olives/garlics/truffle......the last of my 'looks like dessert' concoctions......
