Blood Pressure Elevating Luncheon Snack

Definitely, an exercise in 'portion control'.......I've not had sliced Weiners With Sauerkraut in a long while......Whoa!....as an experiment, I took my 'before and after' blood pressure.......which went from 'normal for my age' to 'ALERT, ALERT" level......lots of salt....lots and lots of salt! 73 grams of fat, 25 grams of saturated fat, 3450 milligrams of sodium!!  Fortunately, I ate only 25% of this stuff....downing it with lots of water........
