in a 'lighter' mood, this morning, I went for the coconut milk and lime Siamese rather than the Caribbean version...... grateful that I didn't have to drive to a Thai restaurant to satisfy this morning's urge to purge my gut of Halloween candy's toxins.......how spicy can it get! I added a grated Scotch bonnet pepper, ... to find out.....whew! Don't call ' the doctor '.....I'm just fine..... just bring me some double-Dutch chocolate iced cream....
