So, just frown, Gordon and Alton.......I didn't caramelize the scallops...or utilize 'big' ones .....

for my quick lunch of New Orleans-style bay scallops with spicy brown Tibetan rice.......served on the Gustav Klimt china.......and an opportunity to re-utilize the copper and steel 'smiling face' sauce pot......
