A CRITICAL OBSERVATION........MADE 5 YEARS AGO.........AS I WONDER "WHAT WOULD THE 'NUMBERS' BE, NOW?"



One 84g Tyson 'chicken strip' has over 500mg of sodium.....Tyson may as well have breaded this 'breast' with crushed salty potato chips! I removed the semi-crunchy outer 'covering', only to discover that the 'meat' beneath had been pressure-infused with salt brine.......It is, like almost ALL 'prepared food'......saturated with salt, tenderizers, 'extractives' and cryptic 'additives'......'stuff' for the 'drive-through windows' of Americans' feeding troughs.....I noticed, online shopping for some 'heathy food fare'....that one can even order saltsicles.....like salty pickles, but salty 'frozen desserts'......even salty caramel iced cream with salted nuts is on the shelves of the 'frozen products' lineup..... These 'big companies' are just serving up what they know 'we' like to gulp down.......don't want this junk?......well, let "them" know: https://www.tyson.com/contact-us/ Tyson, in particular, should be sensitive about reading and even replying....in the context of all the poisoning of America it has been responsible for..... And the fact that Tyson slaughters around 133,000 cows per week within a dozen facilities, 408,000 pigs per week in nine facilities, and 37,000,000 chickens per week in 50 facilities at the cost of cruelty to animals, harm to the environment, and risk to human health. And, to consider, if an alligator grabs up and devours one of our pet dogs or cats......'We' are ramped up to kill every alligator in every lake or river, swamp or stream........Maybe Covid-19 is "Nature's Way" of getting 'even'......although the number of human deaths attributable to this Virus pales in comparison to the numbers of creatures WE murder to feed our fat gullets.....


 THE FINAL DESTINATION FOR THOSE 'FARMED' CHICKENS THAT ARE NOT KILLED BY DROWNING,  WHILE STILL CHICKS, IS THE OVEN OR SKILLET......

A TABLESPOON OF THIN BLACK TRUFFLE SLICES, MARINATED IN OLIVE OIL....A HALF TEASPOON OF ARGAN OIL & A DOLLOP OF MELTED BUTTER, WHISKED TOGETHER WITH SOME GROUND MEDITERRIAN HERBS AND CRUSHED, DRIED ROSEMARY....INTO WHICH A COUPLE OF 'END PIECES' OF 9-GRAIN TOASTED BREAD IS ADDED TO SOAK UP THE DELICIOUS 'FAT'....THEN, A TURNOVER, AFTER A MOISTENING SPRAY OF AVOCADO OIL, TO ADD A SLAB OF SLIGHTY-MOLDY EXTRA SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE AND A COUPLE OF PRESSES WITH A WOODEN SPATULA.......SERVED WITH A BOWL OF RICE-VINEGAR-PICKLED CABBAGE......AND A 'SECOND COURSE' OF PANKO-BREADED PINTO BEAN PATTIES, FRIED IN AN IRON SKILLET, IN AVOCADO OIL, INFUSED WITH WHITE TRUFFLE SLICES; SOME CHOW-CHOW RELISH WITH ROASTED YELLOW CORN AND CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPERS; A BOWL OF SPICY COLLARD GREENS, DRIZZLED WITH THICK PRELIBATO RED BASAMIC VINEGAR, SPRINKLED WITH ORGANIC OIL ROASTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS; AND A 'BALL' OF SPINACH AND YAMS, BINDED BY EGG YOLK, THEN LIGHTLY SPRAYED WI...
