a tasty light vegan dinner of collard greens, onions and sunflower seeds, doused with Prelibato vinegar; spicy fava beans and cassava....







 with the addition of polenta cakes with coriander paste & oil-cured, sundried tomato slices, dolmas with lemon juice and a crater of creamed potatoes, filled with grilled, chopped yellow bell peppers & grits, to contain the fava beans...........
