"Mamma Mia, that's a spicy Chili Meatball".... with a palate-sweetener OCD-ADD interlude.......


first non-traditional 'Meatball' Chili of the Season.....hot as molten lava!....over a bed of chilled broccoli, cabbage and carrots;.......next, a blackbean version...for a Mexican 'take'.....encased in a crisp taco shell;.....then, leftovers' mixup with crunchy corn chips....(not a 'thrill', since I really craved some shoo fly pie and apple pan dowdy...as I listened to an old Dinah Shore recording on the under-the-cabinet radio.......

I never get enough of that wonderful stuff...."

'day 4 remnants'......I sauteed some asparagus tips, added some pomegranate sauce and fresh-chopped green scallions and dumped 'this' onto a skillet-fried Indian paratha....followed by some dark chocolate-covered expresso coffee beans and 12 oz of fizzy Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa.... made a black bean version...for another  Mexican take on Chili......encased in a crisp white corn  taco 'shell'...
