and xmas is 'past'...time for some more "ballsy" 'Eastern' fare: My millionth 'take' on spicy soups.......this one has orzo and black-eyed peas in shitake/Scotch bonnet/mushroom broth with dried banana slices in Indian spices, slivers of jalapeño pepper, with a dollop of coriander chutney and 'black-eyes of annar vati pomegranate 'balls'....



for 'dessert' and flaming taste buds' assuagement: triple 'red' chocolate/ Cointreau iced cream with walnuts and a dusting of bitter Valrhona cocoa powder
