1:00PM ...not quite b'fast....not quite teatime......Oh!....that's "Lunchtime" isn't it?
a disk of deflating, puffy Paratha, cooked in an oiled, hot cast iron skillet, then anointed with smears of roasted garlic and onion jam before being piled up with spinach and paneer cheese, aka "Palak Paneer", and some sliced cherry tomatoes..... Rolled up....if you can....or devoured with a knife and fork...or, if you dare...eaten like a Pizza.....I risked the roll-up, slicing the 'Roll' with a razor-sharp Damascus steel paring knife, then devoured the slices, without staining my buttoned white dining gloves....
